    • "I was to receive a call to set up having my Nissan rust proofed and seats scotch guarded. I was also suppose to have a loner car for the day free of charge so this could be accomplished. I never received that call. Recently, I talked to one of your staff and brought this up to him. He stated he would have the service department contact me. They never have to date. Is this still suppose to be done on my vehicle? I do not want to be charged at the end of the lease for this not being done the the vehicle or for any rust which occurs because it was never set up by Courtesy.Thank you"
