Nobody enjoys a check engine light and I am no different. Being a very old car with high mileage, I feared the worst. The receptionist, Amy, did her best to take down my thoughts of what was wrong with the car and to compile that into the repair history the shop keeps for its customers, all the better for giving the mechanic the best picture of the situation. The mechanic went above and beyond the call of duty to analyze the problem and repair it, both swiftly and accurately. Adding to the stress of the situation was the fact that the car needed a VEIP inspection. The staff prepared me for that as well, letting me know which repairs would count for a VEIP waiver and which would not, if the car failed its emissions check.

Not only is the car running fine, but they staff have First Choice always respected my time, my budget, and my stress levels. It is a top notch operation.

First time I used them the service was great. i will continue to use them with high expectations!!!
