Question: what does shift-tronic mean
does it work like a stick shift or manual

It is tipronic, what that means is you have the option to put the car in Park, Neutral, Drive and Reverse, but when you put the car in drive, you can pop the shifter to the right and touch it forward to shit up and likewise when you touch it down.
