Question: Should I be worried about purchasing an Acura rdx 2007 with 140375 miles?

I am planning on purchasing an acura rdx 2007 with technology package and am wondering if I should be leery about purchasing this vehicle with so many miles on it... Can anyone give me their take on this?

I purchased mine 1 1/2 years ago and now have 132000 on it. It was well maintained and drives and handles great. If there are maintence records or a trusted mechanic checks it over then considerit.
